After you place your order you will receive an e-mail stating that we received your order. Usually with in 24 hrs you will receive a second email with your title screen graphics for your approval. We may also need help pronouncing your name. Check the spelling of your name and make sure you like the graphics. These are the same graphics that will appear on your screen during the Intro you have chosen. To make your approval or changes just reply to the e-mail and we will start rendering your order.

Once we have received your approval, there will be no refunds issued. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with identical merchandise.
